The Elements

Return to programs

The Essential Blueprint for Human Agency.

The Elements program, is the foundational offering at The Positive Mentor. This program is designed for mentees at all learning stages. It focuses on self-discovery, guiding participants to uncover their core values and strengths through evidence-based assessments and understand how these influence their behaviours and actions to achieve objectives. Through this exploration mentees gain invaluable insights into their true selves, whilst enhancing their autonomy, belonging and competence.

"Kane is intuitive and empathetic. Also, he helped to give our son more drive and direction. We highly recommend his positive mentorship for teens."
