The Elements

"This course is excellent for students in secondary school who feel lost, bored, overwhelmed or dealing with anxiety."

The Elements with The +Mentor is a foundational course which is recommended for all mentees to complete prior to stepping into any of the Level 2+ courses. The Elements is a 10 week online course where the mentee completes a series of questionnaires to identify, interrogate and align their values, strengths, behaviours and actions (VSBA).

This course is excellent for students in secondary school who are feeling lost, bored, overwhelmed or dealing with anxiety. As once we identify VSBA, we then explore how these elements are placed in the mentee's self, community and global perspective and how they motivate, de-motivate and stagnate the individual.

For all mentees, we utilise the +Mentor Telescope Lens theory to explore how the mentee sees themself in the world, and where they want to see the world reflected in them in order to understand the greater objective of their potential.

For students in Year 9 and 10, who are seeking career avenues, we triangulate the data from their Morrisby Test results along with the questionnaires aforementioned to aid the mentees in understanding what careers best suit them and why their test results from the Morrisby test are useful to their future opportunities to ensure a happier and positive wellbeing lifestyle.

By the end of this course mentees will:
