
The Balancing Act(or)
"Finding your balance on and off stage"
This program is working one-on-one with actors to find the act or balancing, instead of being an employed actor or not. There is much more to the lives of actors as we are intelligent empathetic individuals who see and feel the world in a truly intelligent way. This can be overwhelming to manage, especially when we are overwhelmed with the various worlds we traverse that live internally and externally. Check out our programs below:

CREATIVE Collective
Working as an ensemble learning through experience and observation
​The Creative Collective is where we explore 'The Actors Process' together. The Actors Process is process from page to stage, or audition, allowing the actor to not only add to their tool kit, and exercise the actors mindset, but through this process we engage in a supportive environment that encourages self-reflection and team collaboration. By engaging participants in interactive, hands-on exercises and employing visual aids, this course empowers individuals to cultivate self-confidence, identify personal needs, and develop effective communication skills. As a result, participants are better equipped to engage positively with themselves, the process and find groundedness in what they can control.
The Creative Collective also works with Values, Strengths, Behaviours and Actions (VSBA) to allow the actor to deepen their self reflection, whilst testing and observing how they play out on and off the rehearsal floor. The Creative Collective can be supplemented with The Positive Actor, where we engage in one-on-one session weekly to allow the individual to gain one-on-one mentorship to go deeper with the facilitation of a mentor.

The Positive Actor Program offers personalized coaching tailored to busy actors facing challenges or seeking guidance. Delivered in-person or via Zoom, this flexible program assists actors in overcoming obstacles, finding balance, and fostering mental wellbeing. Whether you're managing multiple projects or facing a creative slump, our one-on-one sessions provide the support you need to thrive in your career and personal life.

This evidence-based program is ideal for individuals who are continually finding themselves lost, overwhelmed, directionless or with too many directions. By employing a comprehensive approach rooted in Positive Education and wellbeing research, we help individuals explore their Values, Strengths, Behaviors, and Actions (VSBA) and understand how these elements impact their motivation, self-perception, and engagement within their community and the world.
Our innovative +Mentor Telescope Lens theory empowers mentees to discover their place in the world while identifying pathways to achieve their potential. For actors/artists post their educational journey we integrate two ongoing research based diagnostics along with our established methodologies to identify suitable methods, ultimately promoting a more balanced lifestyle.
