Unlock Your Success Code: Harness Your Values and Strengths to Transform Behaviors and Actions

This evidence-based program is ideal for students who want more from their education, or simply can't find the right path. By employing a comprehensive approach rooted in Positive Education and wellbeing research, Kane helps students explore their Values, Strengths, Behaviours, and Actions (VSBA) and understand how these impact their motivation, self-perception, and engagement within the self, the community and the world.

Exploring the make up of the students motivations and how this enables them to move forward, or be limited, we structure pathways to understand how to navigate the challenges unique to the individual and thus beat them.

Utilising the innovative +Mentor Telescope Lens Model we deepen the analysis of the self, the community and the world to discover their roles they want to play and identify pathways to achieve their potential. With reference to Mental Health and Wellbeing, we also explore strategies to manage positive mental health practices throughout the stressful years of schooling and ensure they come out thriving.
