For students who want to stop leaving everything until the last minute and learn how to study with more confidence, structure and purpose.
This program helps students understand how they learn best, analyse their current study habits, and build personalised routines that support focus, wellbeing and academic growth. We look at study patterns, daily routines, sleep, exercise, learning environments, motivation, values, strengths and behaviours to create a practical system that works for the individual student.
Rather than relying on cramming or panic before exams, students learn how to prepare earlier, study smarter and build habits that support their highest-performing self.
Recommended for ages 12+, and ideal for students in Years 9 and 10 before entering Senior School.
