Mapping the Self. Mastering the Connection. Activating the Objective.

In this workshop series, we swing between theory and embodiment. Using The Positive Mentor frameworks to access how ancient Indian Philosophy (The Vedas and Upanishads) in order to bridge the gap between internal values and external impact. By mapping your VSBA (Values, Strengths, Behaviours, Actions) through a kinaesthetic experiences, you will identify and organise the five core pillars of your life. This is the process of turning your 'Psychological DNA' into a blueprint for Human Architecture and Human Agency.

The Master Series - Program Overview

Combining ancient Indian Philosophy with the science of human flourishing,  TPM utilises Human Architecture to bridge the gap between internal values and external impact. By mapping the VSBA (Values, Strengths, Behaviours, Actions) framework through kinaesthetic experience and TPM's Telescope Lens Model, mentees identify and organise the five core pillars of their life: Work, School, Home, Family, and Self. Participants will turn their 'Psychological DNA' into a blueprint for Human Agency, learning to navigate the world with Autonomy, Belonging, and Competence.

The 6-Week Curriculum
  • Week 1: V – The Architecture of Values & Origins

    • The Lens: Self to Community.

      • Philosophy: Exploring physical and energetics to identify core anchors.

  • Week 2: S – Strength Foundations & The Gunas

    •  The Lens: Individual to Relationship.

      • Philosophy: Identifying your innate human behavioural modes to strengths your influence and trajectory.

  • Week 3: B – Conscious Behaviours & Response-ability

    • The Lens: Relationship to Community.

      • Philosophy: Moving through the Mental and Emotional layers to align behaviours with your internal blueprint.

  • Week 4: A – Kinetic Action & The Dharma Drive 

    • The Lens: Community to Global.

      • Philosophy: Activating the Purposeful Action layer, to bridge the gap between internal thought and external impact.

  • Week 5: The Telescope Lens: Strategic Goal Setting

    • The Lens: The Full Zoom (Self, Community and Global)

      • Philosophy: Using your Wisdom/Intellect to identify and organise high-level objectives across your 5 Worlds.

  • Week 6: PÅ«rṇa Integration: Implementing the Master Plan

    • The Lens: Integrated Agency.

      • Philosophy: Achieving wholeness by locking in a sustainable plan to achieve success in every area of life.

Learning Outcomes

By the end of this course, mentees will be able to:

  • Architect a Sense of Identity: Identify and embody a robust sense of Self through the VSBA framework.

  • Navigate with Agency: Master strategies to shift from reactive states to balanced responses during challenges.

  • Bridge the Connection: Understand the non-dual relationship between personal values and community contribution.

  • Design Purposeful Objectives: Set and plan realistic goals across the 5 Worlds that align with their "Psychological DNA."

  • Embody the Blueprint: Implement kinesthetic and yogic practices to maintain positive mental health while pursuing high-level objectives.
