"Achieve extraordinary results with the Goal-Setting Program! Set SMART goals and turn your visions into reality through our structured guidance and expert support."

The Goal Setting program is designed for all students, whether they're already adventurous or still exploring their path.

This interactive 'boot camp' helps mentees discover their interests and set academic objectives in a safe, supportive and engaging environment.  Through collaborative efforts with their mentor the mentee will engage in specific aims that align with their Values, Strengths, Behaviours and Actions (VSBA). Following this, we then explore how to manage mental health and wellbeing practices to support the journey towards their goal as well as designing the action plan to achieve success.

This program is tailored for secondary, TAFE and university students seeking guidance on their current or post-education paths. It assists in exploring opportunities and navigating transitions to further education, employment or global programs, ensuring a clear direction for their future.

Week 2: Testing and trying

Week 3: Micro-habits and Positive Mental Health

Week 4: Planning and refining

Week 5: Starting the journey

Week 6-10: Weekly micro check-ins

Week 11: Reflection

 

 

By the end of this course mentees will be able to:

  • Implement habits and routines based on their own motivations (VSBA)

  • Assess and organise changes to routines to ensure objectives are met

  • Balance wellbeing activities to manage stress and lifestyle imbalance

  • Utilise tools specific to their preferred style(s) of learning and engagement

  • Implement schedules and routines to maintain progress towards objectives.
